The Account Manager works in partnership with the Account Executives, Sales Managers, BLAINE team members and the client in meeting objectives and exceeding client expectations by delivering best-in-class service, providing proactive solutions, quality products and services on-time and on-budget. The Account Manager assists the Account Executives / Sales Managers in maintaining positive client relationships and assist in growing client business as appropriate.
Serves as a liaison between the sales and production functions, with overall responsibility for order entry, work planning and scheduling. Also oversees those involved in requisitioning outside materials and services directly chargeable to jobs, and guarantees accuracy and quality of work done on the outside. Under the direction of the VP on assigned shows, or show areas, proactively coordinate and develop all operational aspects of all Show-Site operations which are inclusive of Freight, Logistics and Decorating Delivery of the highest level of hassle-free customer service in the most efficient manner possible.
